Eloise & Marco — A Midsummer's Night Dream
Sprinkles of sweet summer rain, a pastel wedding arbour, homemade limoncello wedding favours - all the makings of a fairy tale wedding. The intimate Crab Apple Lawn played host to Eloise and Marco’s ceremony with cocktails and canapés to follow across the stunning Homestead Lawns. With the bridal party making an energetic entrance to the evening’s festivities, Mona Farm’s Marquee lit up the sky with fairy lights, dancing and big sounds with the eight piece electric John Field Band.

A love note from Eloise & Marco;
Hi Romy, Julien, Sarah, Paisley, Hana, Merwyn, Corey and the entire Mona Farm team,
A week on from our wedding, we wanted to write to thank you all for helping to make the weekend everything we could have hoped for. From the moment we checked in to when we drove out the gates, everything ran like clockwork, all our needs were anticipated by the team before we even had to ask and we could enjoy every moment with our family and friends knowing we could trust you to have all the finer details in hand.
In addition to Romy, Paisley, Sarah and Hana who kept us in the loop and organised in the lead up to the big day, we'd like to especially thank:
Julien - the ultimate wedding commander in chief, who was constantly looking out for us. You made the weekend easy and seamless. Nothing was too big of an ask, or an issue. We especially appreciate you helping us prepare for the worst of weather, so that we had the best plan for our guests and felt confident whatever happened. You allowed us to outsource the stress to you. Thank you.
Merwyn - our wonderful host. Friday night's dinner was perfect. The food was sensational and you were a constant presence, making sure all ran smoothly. We had quite a few Greek friends there who are usually very critical of anyone else's lamb spit other than their own - and they were super impressed by the lamb, which says something! It was superb. We didn't have to think once about the logistics and service and could spend the time connecting with our family and friends. It started the weekend perfectly. We know you were behind the scenes throughout the whole weekend, but wanted to thank you especially for looking after us so well on Friday night.
Corey - somehow, whenever we needed you, you were there! It was so lovely to have the house turned over and prepared on Friday morning with all the little extra check-ins over the weekend, Thank you for being another go-to for us, should we need anything, and for being such a lovely presence whenever you came to the house. I'm sure you know emotions can run high around weddings, so having such a calm, happy, can-do person popping their head in now and then is so appreciated.
The entire Mona team was a joy to be around. Everyone we encountered was delightful and made us feel so welcome at the farm, like it was our little sanctuary for the weekend. From the gardeners to the maintenance men, to housekeeping and our many golf buggy escorts - we loved seeing your friendly faces throughout the weekend and have so much admiration for the wonderful Mona Farm community we got to witness.
Almost every guest we've spoken to since the wedding has - unprompted - said it was the best wedding they had ever been to. Mona Farm and your team had a lot to do with that. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
We're already plotting our next return to the farm and hope to see you all again then.
Eloise & Marco xx
