Last night’s fire-inspired culinary collaboration with Firedoor was even better than we could have imagined. We enjoyed a quintessential Aussie summers day, Lennox & Tristan’s 5-course menu was EXCEPTIONAL and to top it all off, our guests enjoyed a (Firedoor) red lunar eclipse for dessert. Wow. Special thanks to Pig & Pilgrim, Collector Wines, Visit Braidwood , Carlotta and Gee and of course, our friends over at Firedoor.
In early June, before NSW went into lockdown, Nadia and her close group of friends joined us for a winter weekend at Mona Farm. During their stay, the group enjoyed a hit of golf, a private dining experience and a Negroni by the fire for good measure.
A huge congratulations to our Executive Chef, Tristan Rebbettes, for making it into the top 5 finalists of Good Food’s prestigious ‘Young Chef of the Year 2022’ award! We’re extremely proud that Tristan, Mona Farm and regional NSW in general were placed alongside some of the cities finest establishments (Firedoor, Fred’s, Cirrus Dining, Arthur and Cafe Paci).
