Paddock & Pine Forest Ceremonies

Outside of our signature ceremony locations (The Crab Apple Lawn, The Croquet Lawn, The Homestead Lawn, The Ring of Trees, The Coach House, The Lake, The Rotunda Lawn) we highly recommend considering our newest locations — The Paddock and The Pine Forest.

The Paddock
If you're considering your ceremony in the paddock, there is a preparation and set-up fee of $2,500 and we require at least 5 weeks’ notice. In the instance of wet weather, this fee is non-refundable.
For post-ceremony drinks, you have the option of either staying in the paddock or moving to one of our guest house gardens. If you choose the paddock, there will be an additional set up fee of $2,000. Canapé selections will need to be cold options only. Please note, hay bales are not included. It is also a requirement that portable toilets are organised for your guests, at a cost to you if choosing the paddock for post-ceremony drinks. Toilets must be organised through our exclusive provider Ensuites on Site, we can provide you with an introduction. You will also be required to hire a generator for the toilets (at an additional cost). In the instance of wet weather, the post-ceremony drinks set-up fee is non-refundable.
The Pine Forest
If you're considering your ceremony in the pine forest, there is a preparation and set-up fee of $3,000 and we require at least 5 weeks’ notice. In the instance of wet weather, this fee is non-refundable. It is also a requirement that portable toilets are organised for your guests, at a cost to you. Toilets must be organised through our exclusive provider Ensuites on Site, we can provide you with an introduction. You will also be required to hire a generator for the toilets (at an additional cost).

If you choose the pine forest, there will be an additional set up fee of $2,000. Canapé selections will need to be cold options only. In the instance of wet weather, the post-ceremony drinks set-up fee is non-refundable.
