Couples: Before paying, read this.
With so many beautiful venues across Australia, we appreciate how difficult it can be to choose ‘the one’. For most wedding couples, choosing their venue is the biggest decision they make. Comparative research is critical. In addition to ensuring the venue’s style, capacity, noise restrictions & coordinators are a good fit, the most important part of your research should focus on understanding the venue’s inclusions. A great venue will be transparent about this from the start.
Before you part with your money, make sure you have a clear understanding of all costs. Whilst ‘dry-hire’ or ‘D.I.Y’ venues may offer a low venue hire fee at the outset, this often doesn’t include costs that you’ll inevitably have to pay down the line (bringing in a marquee, onsite wedding day coordinator, cutlery, crockery, glassware, waiters, arbour, kitchen hire fee, bar etc.)
