Tidmarsh

50 Ryrie Street, Braidwood

Built in 1856, historic ‘Tidmarsh’ is a two-storey granite fieldstone house modelled on a rural Irish Inn of the early 19th century. The property was originally built for Patrick Goulding, the town’s postmaster and later clerk of the bench. Tidmarsh is notable for its hand-cut bloodwood shingled roof and granite exterior, a nod to the Goulding’s homeland, Ireland.

Sleeping up to 8 people in total, the property features three comfortable king bedrooms, stunning brick French-style courtyard, dedicated outdoor entertaining spaces and an original 1850s bar.

Tidmarsh is a sister property of Mona Farm however, it is located in the heart of Braidwood town (not onsite).

Please note, two dwellings are located at 50 Ryrie Street. Tidmarsh sits next door to Long Barn.
