• Initial consultation to discuss required budget & vendors

• Source & present quotes from trusted vendors (3 quotes per supplier category)

• Vendor confirmation & management (invoices and contracts will be forwarded from suppliers to couple, for the couple to engage the supplier directly)

• Assist in managing wedding budget and timeline

• Main point of contact for all vendors throughout entire process

• Formation of your wedding day run sheet & distribution to vendors

• Bus management with our exclusive transport provider (prior to wedding day)

• Offsite accommodation recommendations & holds (bookings to be managed by the couple)

• Template website (with custom text) & URL creation and management - based on website live for 6 months

• Up to two in-person meetings with your dedicated Wedding Planner

• Unlimited phone calls & virtual meetings with your dedicated Wedding Planner

  Planning of the wedding day only, if additional events are added (i.e. welcome and recovery) additional charges will apply.

• Vendor research for outdoor reception installation (limited to suppliers required for the Homestead Lawn set up e.g. umbrellas, audio visual and lighting, bar, portable bathrooms, satellite kitchen and kitchen marquee)

• Source and present quotes from quality suppliers (limited to suppliers required for the Homestead Lawn set up e.g. umbrellas, audio visual and lighting, bar, portable bathrooms, satellite kitchen and kitchen marquee)

• Management and pre-wedding liaison with all vendors to discuss floor plans and logistics (with suppliers required for the Homestead Lawn set up only)

• Organising bump-in and bump-out logistics (with suppliers required for the Homestead Lawn set up only)

• Site inspections with vendors to discuss and manage logistics (with suppliers required for the Homestead Lawn set up only)

• Contact and confirm wedding day with each of the Homestead Lawn reception vendors in the week prior to wedding day

• Ensure the wedding reception space is set up as per agreement with vendors
