10:00am—arrival & morning tea
After entering through the property’s private Kings Highway entrance, Mona Farm’s Operations Manager and supporting front of house team will guide guests to their designated parking area. Following this, guests are invited into The Woolshed to enjoy a freshly-baked scone with a selection of condiments, a mini quiche and artisanal coffee & tea before sitting down for their meeting.
10:30aM—mEeting
Equipped with AV facilities, complimentary WIFI, microphones, a large plasma TV & more, The Woolshed is the perfect space to conduct a meeting, team-building workshop or presentation.
12:00PM—art tour
Mona Farm houses one of the most diverse collections of contemporary art in the region. Discover the story behind some of Mona Farm’s most prized artworks with our Brand Manager, Cherie.

12:00PM—farm tour
Tour our working farm by foot or in our electric golf cart with Farm Manager, John. During the tour you’ll meet our resident animals, learn about our sustainable farming philosophy and our connection to the land.
1:00PM—lunch is served
After spending some time outdoors, guests are invited into The Marquee & surrounding gardens for lunch. Mona Farm provides glassware, ice & ice buckets, cutlery, crockery, speakers & a microphone if needed. From formal sit-down menus through to a relaxed buffet-style lunch, Mona Farm’s Executive Chef, Tristan Rebbettes has designed a range of “corporate” menus to choose from.

Explore our award-winning gardens with the person who knows them best - Mona Farm’s Head Gardener, Gavin. The tour will conclude at The Woolshed where you’ll be invited to enjoy a refreshing garden-inspired cocktail with our Resident Mixologist.

Join us at the bar to enjoy a private wine tasting with Canberra’s Collector Wines. Paired with a selection of Seasonal Chef’s Snacks, you’ll learn about the different varietals that flourish in our region, their tasting notes & of course, will try some spectacular vintages!

Guests to depart via Mona Farm’s Kings Highway exit.
