    This is the facial that keeps on giving. It begins with breath and aromatherapy to settle the senses, followed by a double cleanse and exfoliating mask as you drift into a relaxing scalp massage. A slow, lifting facial massage encourages blood flow, releasing tension and toning before LED Therapy and a soothing mineral-rich mask infuse the skin with light and lasting radiance—leaving you calm, lifted, and visibly renewed.

Beginning with a gentle cleanse and lifting facial massage to awaken circulation, skin is then treated with a collagen-infused sheet mask under LED light to deeply hydrate and plump. Finished with customised serums and moisturiser from Monastery, it leaves skin firm, dewy, and naturally luminous.

  • Step into the warmth of our traditional sauna, nestled among whispering trees and offering sweeping views of Mona Lake. Gently heated by sauna stones, the enveloping warmth soothes the body, eases muscle tension, enhances circulation, and calms the mind.

    Designed for deep relaxation, the space accommodates up to four guests. Connect your device to the integrated sound system and let your favourite music accompany the peaceful embrace of nature.

    Important Information:

    • Hours of operation: Daily, 9am - 5pm

    • The control panel is located inside the sauna, and the sauna may take up to 1 hour to reach the optimal temperature

    • Towels provided, and robes available from reception

    • Please leave your footwear outside the sauna

    • Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult

    • No food and/or drinks are permitted in the sauna

    Please note, landscaping around the sauna will be completed in July 2026. The sauna is fully operational, however please note there is no outdoor cover around the sauna in the event of wet weather.
