Post-dip, guests devoured Tristan's spin on the classic ‘Egg & Bacon roll’ made with Braidwood’s ‘Dojo Bread’, smoked streaky bacon, local free-range eggs, haloumi and roasted mushrooms along with a selection of French pastries and seasonal fruits.
