Introducing: Wedding Cakes by Mona Farm — Three artisan cakes crafted by Mona Farm’s resident Pastry Chef, Poppy Wilson.

British-born Wilson worked under renowned British Chef Peter Sanchez-Iglesias at Michelin-starred restaurant ‘Casamia’ before joining the Mona Farm kitchen team in 2022. Each wedding cake is expertly designed and baked by Poppy across a meticulous 16-hour process.
