Candle Care
Before lighting your candle, please trim the wick to a length of 5mm to ensure you enjoy an even and smoke-free burn. Avoid drafty areas to prolong the life of your beeswax candle.
Candles should never be left burning unattended.
Returns / Refund Policy
In the event that the items arrive damaged or are faulty Mona Farm will replace, exchange or issue a credit. Photo evidence will be required to verify the damage or fault. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been prepared and are with our couriers for delivery. Please note, delivery time is subject to Australia Post. We are not required to provide a refund, exchange or credit based on a change of mind
