We employ sustainable and conscious farming techniques as a method to grow food for our guests and the local community. As a working farm, the property is home to Highland cattle and an award winning Scottish Highland bull, 43 Wiltshire ewes, Wessex saddleback pigs and Clydesdale horses. A tribute to Thomas Braidwood Wilson’s introduction of honey bees to Australia, sees bee hives in the paddocks as well as chickens and a lush vegetable garden.
